EVENT: Music Without Borders
DATE: March 16, 2002
LOCATION: CAMI Hall - New York, NY
DETAILS: In collaboration with Columbia Artists Management Inc. (CAMI), AAWO organized “Music Without Borders.” Attended by more than 150 people, the concert was a special benefit to raise funds to continue providing essential services to women and children in Albania, Kosovo and Afghanistan. There was an overwhelming enthusiastic response from both within and outside the community to the three very unique performers Anita Bitri, Sylvia Tosun and Tina Shafer. |
